Christchurch Trial

Cashmere Primary in Christchurch has recently redesigned and upgraded its facilities to create a new computer suite, information centre and library. As part of this Applica units are being used in a classroom trial (Room 10), in the teachers area and office (where a second terminal to cope with demand was required) and in the library for Musac searching.

With the Windows versions of many library programmes requiring Internet browsing capability a new PC with two Applica units attached was seen as the most cost-effective way of delivering a solution that did not require full priced machines.. access to enough terminals was the most important requirement.

What about your school?

Currently we are seeking schools within N.Z. in the areas of Wellington & Auckland who would like to participate in trials of our stations. Equipment will be provided to approved schools on the basis that on a successful trial period being passed they will receive the Applica Units at significantly discounted pricing. We will even send you a unit for free trial to start off!
